It’s great to be hearing from so many of you and from all around the world.

The delivery time  for orders varies considerably according to the availability of materials and of course my current workload. At the moment I am updating the site and adding new stock. I will not be taking any new orders until the end of March. You are welcome to email or call to see if your order might be a possibility if you are happy to wait.

If you are interested in an item from stock as always I will keep a close eye on the computer and deal with sales from stock daily. I usually mark the item on hold while I send out a cutting if this is required or while I wait for payment and confirmation that you are happy with your purchase.

I do my best to answer most other emails within a few days but this is becoming more difficult to keep up with as the volume of inquiries grows. If you would like an immediate response you are welcome to telephone me on 07899875525. If you are inquiring about small quantities of leather it is usually much quicker to discuss your individual requirements on the phone.   If you have not received a reply within a few days and have not found what you were looking for elsewhere please resend your email and I will try to give it priority.

Please don’t email to ask for wholesale prices or link exchanges.

I will be keeping some of my email links directed to this page in future and plan to build a list of frequently asked questions.  

 I also hope that by reducing the number of live email links on the site I will get less automated spam.
