All transactions are protected by the Consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000

In accordance with these regulations if you purchase an item from stock by post and do not wish to keep it you have a “cooling off ” period of seven days in which to inform me that you wish to return the item. The item must then be returned to me in its original condition within the next seven days. All costs incurred returning the item must be met by the customer. Please return any unwanted items by recorded delivery as all goods must be your responsibility until they are returned to me.           Refunds will be made within a further seven days.

If you order an item to be made specially for you the standard returns policy that is related to the distance selling regulations does not apply (see clause 13c) but I will be happy to try and  agree a returns policy on accessories with you when you order depending on how individual the order is.

With the occasional exception the standard returns policy is extended to include sheepskin hats made to order. My main aim is to end up with Happy Customers.

Any repairs or alterations are carried out entirely at your own risk. I am happy to offer advice but you must only follow any advice I offer you entirely at your own risk.

Colors on the site may vary but I can usually send you a sample of the material that the item is made from. Measurements are approximate but close. All items do need to be cleaned by a specialist
